UTX Welcome Letter

   Welcome to UTX Fitness.  My name is Brad Scott, owner and creator of the Ultimate Training Experience (UTX).  UTX is a complete fitness system designed to build muscle, burn fat and increase both cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance.  I have used the UTX fitness techniques shown on this site to train hundreds of personal training clients and small groups.  And I guarantee, you can get amazing results as many of them have.  I have also used UTX techniques to train athletes in boxing, MMA, basketball and even fencing (imagine that).

 

   I originally created the UTX Fitness site to provide former clients a means of training at home on their own, once they were finished with their personal training program.  This was a way for us to stay connected.  Now the UTX site provides tools, answers and instruction to UTX members all over the world.  Thanx to the power of technology, you also have the opportunity to get in the best shape of your life through the Ultimate Training Experience.  Whether you are training at home, in the gym or the great outdoors, UTX is your answer to affordable fitness training.

Hey everyone,I spend some time on the TRX site (formerly fitnessaywhere.com - now trxtraining.com).See some emerging content on the new TRX RipCore that looks interesting.Supposed focus alot more on rotation and is apparently ALOT tougher thatn it looks - which is also a good way to describe the TRX itself!!Has anyone tried it, what do you think?Now sure if it is similar to anything else out there.....Tks,wContinue
